Last updated: April 9, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Klassor. Klassor (“we,” “us,” or “the Platform”) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps security guard training schools manage classes, student enrollment, payments, certificates, compliance tracking, and their public school presence online.
By creating an account or using Klassor, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.
- Each organization (“School”) is represented by one or more admin accounts. The person who creates the organization is the primary admin.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it updated.
3. Description of Service

Klassor is a platform provider. We do not operate training schools, teach classes, or issue government certifications. Schools using Klassor are solely responsible for their training programs, regulatory compliance, and the accuracy of any documents generated through the Platform.
4. User Responsibilities
As a School using Klassor, you are responsible for:
- Data accuracy. All class information, student records, certificate details, and compliance data entered into the Platform must be accurate and up to date.
- Regulatory compliance. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing your training school, including licensing requirements, record-keeping obligations, and student data protection.
- Certificate integrity. Certificates and sign-in sheets generated by Klassor are based on data you provide. You are responsible for verifying their accuracy before distribution.
- Student data. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before collecting and entering student personal information (including date of birth and partial Social Security numbers) into the Platform.
- Proper use. You will not use the Platform to generate fraudulent records, misrepresent training completion, or violate any applicable regulations.
5. Payments & Billing
- Klassor offers subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) billed monthly via Stripe.
- New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Pro-level access. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- After the trial period, you must select and pay for a subscription plan to continue using the Platform. Your data is preserved during and after the trial.
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are in US dollars.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Student Payments
Klassor facilitates payment collection from students on behalf of Schools using Stripe Connect. When a student pays for a class or bundle:
- The School is the merchant of record, not Klassor.
- Funds are deposited directly into the School's connected Stripe account.
- Klassor does not hold, manage, or guarantee student payment funds.
- Refund policies for class registrations are determined by each School. Klassor provides tools to process refunds but does not set refund terms.
7. Data & Content
- Your data. You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload or enter into Klassor, including student records, class information, and generated documents.
- Our license. By using the Platform, you grant Klassor a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the service.
- Data portability. You may export your data at any time using the tools provided in the Platform (e.g., CSV export, PDF downloads).
- Deletion. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
